This book is easy to read and understand. I would recommend it to people eager to understand agile methodologies and processes. I was immediately able to use the knowledge gained from the book in my current software development projects.

The authors help you understand agile software methods which aids in shortening your agile learning curve. This book pursues an ambitious goal to be the premier reference source on agile software development. The book attempts to accomplish this goal by breaking the material into four sections, which build on each other. The sections are:
