Dr. Andy Berner is a Senior Software Engineer at QSM, Inc. He has helped organizations improve their software development processes for over 20 years. He leads the work at QSM to incorporate agile techniques into QSM's SLIM suite of software estimation tools and to enhance the SLIM suite capabilities for resource demand management. He published several articles on agile methods and practices, focusing on planning and setting realistic expectations. He spends his spare time fostering retired racing greyhounds.
