Charles has over 25 years of Agile and Waterfall project management experience. His interests include organizational development, backpacking, scuba diving and helping everyone learn.
He is a professionally trained coach with The Coaches Training Institute in the CoActive coaching framework. Charles is certified as a PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO and CSP. He is currently pursuing his Certified Team Coach as well as his Certified Enterprise Coach credential with the Scrum Alliance.
