Derk-Jan de Grood is principal consultant at Squerist. He guides organizations on their agile journey, improves their way of working in order to maximize value delivery, and reduce IT costs. He has worked with teams in a wide range of organizations, including ING Bank, RTL, DPD, Nationale Nederlanden, and Greenchoice, supporting them in adopting the right development practices.
Derk-Jan is a sought-after speaker at international conferences. He is an experienced trainer, workshop host, and regular (keynote) speaker at events like Agile Business Day in Venice, XP Days in Copenhagen, Selenium Days in New Zealand, Agile Testing Days, and STAR conferences in Europe and America.
