He carries extensive project, program and delivery management experience comprising of end-to-end execution of complex high risk projects, programs and portfolios. He has provided IT leadership to multiple organizations and carried out multiple agile transformations at enterprise level and scaling agile to large settings. He has given talks and authored multiple white papers and articles on agile and project management topics, prominent ones being “Tentative Agility”, “MEET - Model for Employee Engagement with connecTs” and “Simplified Agile EVM - The Art of Managing Triple Constraint”.
