His areas of interest include global delivery models, agile software development, requirements engineering, software architecture, software reuse, customer value management, knowledge management, and IT outsourcing. He is a member of IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society. Raja regularly interfaces with educational institutions, offers guest lectures, and writes for technical conferences.
