Scott Frost

Mr. Frost has 25 years of IT organizational leadership experience in large-scale global software development delivery, portfolio and executive management. As a seasoned certified agile professional, he coaches, mentors and trains organizations in transformative Lean & Agile practices; helps portfolio and executive management teams understand and plan agile transformations, adoption and integration with traditional processes; assists LOBs in agile product ownership, roadmap planning and value stream analysis. Mr. Frost has a deep expertise in recovering large failing projects; and aligning teams to Lean business value delivery. His experience in building large multi-team cohesiveness, building the right organizational relationships and keeping business and IT alignment across large complex/distributed initiatives has been key to many successful projects. As a former Vice President of IT for a Fortune 500 retailer, Mr. Frost provides unique skills in all levels of the value chain seeking out organizational areas of opportunity through Lean thinking, education, and large globally-distributed team engagements.
