Steven Penella ( [email protected]) is a Principal Quality Engineer / QA Lead. He ensures quality delivery for a patient care coordination system which integrates with healthcare data analytics and other third-party applications. Steve began his career with a degree in the classics from the College of the Holy Cross. His foray into technology started in the mid 1980’s as a technical support engineer and grew into roles of varying responsibility from senior individual contributor through director. He has a passion for quality and is proud to have built two Quality Assurance organizations from the ground up.
